Las hadas, seres invisibles sobre los que la historia proyectó su fantasía, formas manifiestas de lo sobrenatural en el imaginario de cada época. Y es que lo sobrenatural aparece en las sociedades humanas como algo específico de ellas: fetiches, totems, rituales, almas, magia o religión. Tantas teorías sobre cómo explicar el fenómeno de la creencia en algo más allá de lo físico: Mircea Eliade, Lo sagrado y lo profano, Frazer, La rama dorada, Tylor, Primitive Culture... Y es que lo sobrenatural se concreta en tantas formas, desde la necesidad de subordinación del ser humano a un Dios todopoderoso que puede castigarnos, como en las religiones cristiana, judía o islámica, hasta presencia de almas concretadas en seres que pueden hacernos más fácil la vida, según sea su voluntad. Entre ambos extremos, un sinfín de rituales de acercamiento y contacto con los seres del más allá, o bien para ganarnos sus favores, o bien para enfurecerlos en pro de alguna causa. Así, las hadas, monstruos delicados que hablan del destino -del latin fatum: hado, destino- son recorridas por Sergio Bleda en su última creación.

The fairies, this invisible beings in which history has projected her imagination, are forms of the supernatural in each period's imaginary. The supernatural appears in human societies as something specific of them: fetishes, totems, rituals, souls, magic or religion. There are many theories that explain the believe in things that live beyond nature: Mircea Eliade, The Sacred and the Profane, Frazer, The Golden Bough, Tylor, Primitive Culture... The supernatural gets a concretion in many shapes, from the need of subordination to the Almighty, as in Christian, Jewish or Islamic religions, to the need of soul's presences that get a shape in beings that can make our life an easy path. Between these opposites, there is a great many rituals that make us approach to the supernatural beings. Like that, the fairies, as delicate monsters, speak about destiny -from Latin fatum-, and the have been well designed by Sergio Bleda in his last creation.
